Terms and Conditions
EFFECTIVE DATE: FEBRUARY 28, 2025
By scheduling and paying for sessions with Robert Amaya and The Creator’s Call (also found at JoinCreatorsCall.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. DEFINITIONS
• CANCELLATION:
The termination of a scheduled session or the overall program. A Cancellation results in the session (or remaining sessions) being ended with no option for rescheduling or refund.
• RESCHEDULE:
The process by which a session’s appointment time is changed when a Participant is unable to attend the scheduled session. Rescheduling does not result in a refund and may occur under either routine or emergency circumstances as outlined below.
• PARTICIPANT:
An individual who books or participates in sessions with The Creator’s Call.
2. REFUND AND PAYMENT POLICY
All sessions are non-refundable and your payment is considered final upon booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
3. SESSION MODIFICATIONS
3.1 RESCHEDULING
• ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIREMENT:
Participants may reschedule their session provided that the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
• RESCHEDULE LINK:
A link to reschedule is provided in your original confirmation email to facilitate easy appointment modifications.
• MISSED APPOINTMENT CONSEQUENCE:
If you fail to reschedule and subsequently miss the appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be cancelled unless it qualifies under the emergency reschedule criteria.
3.2 EMERGENCY RESCHEDULES
• DEFINITION:
If you experience a genuine emergency within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may request an emergency reschedule rather than a cancellation.
• RESCHEDULE OPPORTUNITY:
In the event of an approved emergency reschedule request, one (1) emergency reschedule opportunity will be provided.
• SCHEDULING WINDOW:
All emergency rescheduled sessions must be arranged and completed within 90 days of the originally scheduled session date.
• LIMITATIONS:
Only one pending emergency reschedule is permitted at any given time.
• NO REFUNDS:
Under no circumstances—whether a session is cancelled or rescheduled—will a refund be issued.
3.3 CANCELLATION POLICY
• DEFINITION & EFFECT:
A Cancellation terminates a scheduled session or program with no option for rescheduling or refund.
• INITIATION OF CANCELLATION:
A cancellation may be initiated in any of the following ways:
• PARTICIPANT-INITIATED: The Participant may request a cancellation.
• NO-SHOW: Cancellation occurs automatically if the Participant fails to attend the scheduled appointment.
• POLICY VIOLATION: Cancellation may result from the Participant’s violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• SERVICE PROVIDER-INITIATED: Cancellation may be initiated by Robert Amaya, The Creator’s Call (JoinCreatorsCall.com), or Limonada Studios LLC at any time, at their discretion, without prior notice.
• SEQUENTIAL CANCELLATIONS:
If two or more sessions are cancelled in sequence without prior authorization, all remaining sessions will be automatically cancelled without refund.
4. MAKE-UP SESSION EXPIRATION
• EXPIRATION PERIOD:
All rescheduled (make-up) sessions must be completed within 90 days of the original session date.
• AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION:
After 90 days, any uncompleted make-up sessions will be automatically cancelled without refund. This expiration policy applies regardless of the reason for the original session’s cancellation.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICS
The Creator’s Call operates on Christian principles and strong moral values. All Participants are expected to:
• MAINTAIN PROFESSIONALISM:
Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
• AVOID PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS:
The use of obscene or offensive language, sharing sexually explicit material, engaging in any inappropriate or unprofessional conduct or communication, or displaying disrespectful behavior toward the session provider, facilitators, or other Participants will result in immediate dismissal and cancellation of all sessions without refund.
• UPHOLD RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participants must honor scheduled commitments, respect mutual time investments, maintain professional boundaries, and engage in constructive dialogue. Participants are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during sessions and to communicate respectfully at all times.
6. SERVICE PROVIDER RIGHTS
Robert Amaya, Limonada Studios LLC, The Creator’s Call, its facilitators, and associates reserve the right to:
• CANCEL OR TERMINATE SERVICES AT ANY TIME.
• REMOVE OR BAN PARTICIPANTS AT THEIR DISCRETION.
• WITHHOLD REFUNDS FOR ANY TERMINATED SERVICES.
• MAKE DECISIONS REGARDING SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
• NO WAIVER: The failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
7. INDUSTRY COMMITMENTS
Given Robert Amaya’s active role in the Film and Entertainment industry and his status as a sought-after speaker:
• PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENTS:
Sessions may occasionally require rescheduling to accommodate professional commitments.
• STANDARD ADJUSTMENTS:
In cases where rescheduling is required due to professional engagements, the session will be automatically rescheduled to another available slot, subject to availability. If you are unable to attend the newly selected time, you may reschedule the appointment as described under the Session Modifications section. No special considerations will be made except those expressly described within these Terms and Conditions.
8. PERSONAL SABBATICAL, VACATION, AND ABSENCE POLICY
• NOTIFICATION AND RESCHEDULING:
In the event that Robert Amaya needs to take personal time off—including sabbaticals, vacations, or other personal absences—scheduled sessions during this period will be automatically rescheduled to the next available slot.
• PARTICIPANT OPTIONS:
If the new appointment time is not suitable, Participants may reschedule the appointment according to the procedures outlined in the Session Modifications section.
• NO REFUNDS OR SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS:
No refunds will be issued for appointments affected by personal time off, and no special considerations will be made beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

• PROGRAM AND COMPANY IDENTITY:
Limonada Studios LLC is the company behind The Creator’s Call. The Creator’s Call, found at

and facilitated by Robert Amaya, is a program provided by Limonada Studios LLC.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Limonada Studios LLC operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. AMENDMENTS
Limonada Studios LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on the website, and your continued use of our services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with any additional written agreements signed by both parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and Limonada Studios LLC with respect to your use of The Creator’s Call services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Limonada Studios LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder if such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, governmental orders, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, performance shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and the affected sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of Limonada Studios LLC.
15. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By booking sessions with The Creator’s Call, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms and Conditions.
